TGIF

The sun's setting earlier and earlier each day--and conversely, my to-do list is getting longer and longer each day--so it must really be the end of summer soon. Sigh!

How was your week? Share plans for the weekend below! As for me, I get to clean house this weekend! Woooooo*! (*not) Please tell me yours will be much more fun.

Have a great one!

  1. gorgeous photo :)

I'm running 12km on sunday...which may or may not be more fun than cleaning the house...actually I'm pretty sure it is more fun, but it depends on your point of view :)

  2. Wah....  End of summer :(

I have a busy weekend ahead, but I'm really looking forward to it!   I'm making pizza dough and peach/rhubarb pie for dinner with friends tonight; tomorrow I'm going to the renaissance festival with some friends, then a birthday party (which I'm making the cake for now); and Sunday a friend from where I worked this summer is coming to visit...  Which will probably involve me making food more again :P

  3. This photo just made my day. As somebody who grew up in Iowa, this photo says so much to me (though I know this wasn't taken in Iowa!). It's lovely - thanks for posting. :)

WORK for me this weekend. But the air is cooling off here in LA, which is very welcomed by me... bring on fall!

  4. I need to clean the house too, but I'm procrastinating. Instead, we're going to the mountains (hopefully) if the weather cooperates :).

  5. That image is so gorgeous. My to-do list will trump a fun weekend, although I am poking in to the Hello Etsy conference in SF on Sunday! That should be rad.

  10. I should be working, but instead I'm perusing the internets until it's an acceptable time to go to bed.  9:30 seems acceptable if you are getting up at 5, right?  :)  Tomorrow: work work work, but then hour and half massage! BIG WIN!  Sunday: church, naps, bike ride on our beach cruisers.

    Happy Friday, beautiful picture!

  11. had a bday dinner with my grandma for her 79 at balthazar. food was ok, ambience is great, but not worth the price tag. had profiteroles, they were divine. my aunt was also visiting from shanghai and met my boyfriend for the first time. we drank way to much champagne and rose. my head is pounding now,  i ate two warm chocolate croissants for breakfast and finishing my third cup of tea. now i do nothing for the next two days :)
